TYVES DEJONG produces made-to-order garments in limited quantities. Due to the nature of our production model, certain policies differ from standard retail practices.

2. Made-to-Order Products

All made-to-order items are produced after an order has been placed.

Production timelines are estimates and may vary depending on material availability, manufacturing schedules, and shipping conditions.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that:

  • production may take several weeks;
  • delivery dates are estimates only;
  • minor variations in garments may occur as part of the manufacturing process.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Euros.

Payment is required in full at checkout unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice.

4. Shipping

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

TYVES DEJONG is not responsible for:

  • delays caused by carriers;
  • customs delays or import duties;
  • lost packages after confirmed delivery.

Shipping timelines are estimates and not guarantees.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are generally final.

We only accept returns or exchanges if:

  • the item arrives damaged;
  • the incorrect item was shipped;
  • the product contains a manufacturing defect.

Requests must be submitted within [7] days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in original condition.

6. Product Availability

Because production runs are limited, availability may change at any time.

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:

  • stock issues;
  • production limitations;
  • pricing errors;
  • suspected fraudulent activity.

If an order is canceled, a full refund will be issued.

All content on this website, including garments, graphics, logos, images, and text, is the property of TYVES DEJONG and may not be copied or used without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

TYVES DEJONG shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the purchased product.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Netherlands.
